A$$hole
Känner mig bara lite tvingad att posta denna sanslöst roliga kommentar till en artikel rörande dålig kundservice:
"I had a similar problem with sprint when one of the customer service drones lied to me about service in Mexico. Long story but I returned with a $300+ bill for the month that was automatically deducted from my account. I told them verbatim what I had been told and they denied it and said I had to pay it. After several hours on the phone with their offshore idiots the offered to refund half. I told them if they could refund half they cold refund all of it. We went round and round about it and I finally asked the supervisor how much he made an hour. When he wouldn't tell me I said I figured he was worth $10 an hour and I would keep him on the line until I had used up $300 of his time. When he hung up on me I called back... again and again and again - I took the phone in the bathroom with me - everywhere, until he finally gave in and credited the entire amount. I canceled my sprint account as soon as the money posted to my account. Sometimes you just have to be a bigger a$$hole than they are!"
